1. Each shift: a. Clean the pipelines, paint supply machine, and spray gun with gun wash water until they are clean and free of residue
b. Remove the atomization cap and nozzle of the spray gun, soak and clean them with gun washing water
2. Daily: a. Clean the entire machine, especially the spray booth, paint supply machine, spray booth, exhaust gas treatment tower, and loading and unloading table, and wipe them clean. 3. Weekly: a. Adjust the tightness of the self rotating belt and check its wear condition. If the red wear-resistant layer is severely worn or peeled off, it should be replaced in a timely manner
b. Check if the lubricating oil in the automatic refueling cup is sufficient for timely replenishment,
c. Unscrew the nozzle of the electrostatic precipitator gun to clean the dust and open the air outlet
d. Spray room exhaust fan small cleaning: Open the fan cleaning door and rub, knock on the paint residue to clean it thoroughly,
e. Cleaning of air supply filter cotton
